Discovery Call – This is a free 30 minute consultation over zoom. During this call we will discuss
- Talk about the problems you’re experiencing
- Explain how to overcome them
- Tell you how hypnotherapy actually works
- Explain the best treatment options
- Answer all of your questions
All sessions are offered in person or via zoom – All sessions done over zoom are as effective as been here in person, it’s like we’re sitting across from each other in the same room. You’re in the comfort and safety of your own home and it’s less stressful as you don’t have to worry about getting here in time.
Sessions (60 mins) – £55
The Inner Journey – This is sessions for anxiety and/or trauma and they are specifically tailored for you. This will comprise of either 3 or 5 sessions. I will let you know at our initial discovery call what I feel will be needed. 3 sessions is £165 & 5 sessions is £275. These must be paid for in full before your first appointment.
Trauma Clearing session (2 hours) – £110 (please only book this if you have been advised by me to do so. This session may require further appointments if anything specific comes up. These will be charged at my hourly rate)
Smoking cessation (90 mins) – £120 (for the first session) £55 for any further sessions required. This is dependant on each individuals response to the hypnosis. The majority of my clients have only needed one session with a follow up 10 to 14 days later
Past Life Regression (90 minutes) – £65
Hypnotic Gastric Band (6 sessions) – £420
Weight loss programme (4 to 5 sessions) £330
IBS hypnotherapy 5 sessions – £275
IEMT (60 mins) – £45
OldPain2Go – (1.5 to 2 hours) £100
Banish your sugar monster (3 sessions) £150 Zoom only – Session 1 sugar aversion, session 2 is a choice of either the gastric band or healthier eating and session 3 is exercise motivation.

I have an online booking system, all appointments can be made using this as it’s much more convenient. Please click the Book Now button at the top of the page.
If you’re looking for an appointment outwith my normal working hours (as listed at the bottom of the page) then you will need to message or phone me directly as I don’t put these online.
Payments
Peace of Mind Therapies accepts cash, bank transfer or gift voucher.
Gift vouchers are available on request, so why not treat that special person in your life to some well deserved pampering.
Please note that a small deposit is required at the time of booking any treatments.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately due to numerous ‘No shows’ and late cancellations, I have had to bring in a Booking and cancellation policy.
*A small deposit is required for all therapies at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if less than 24 hours notice is given, but they can be transferred if more than 24 hours notice is given.
*Please be prompt for your zoom or online appointment appointment as the session must commence at your booking start time. If late, your session will be cut short, & still be charged the full amount.
* If you are not able to attend your appointment, please contact me asap so I can offer the appointment to someone else and to avoid charges to you.
*Phone numbers will be required at the time of booking. You will be sent a reminder text 48 hours prior to your appointment.
