Through hypnosis, and possibly some other techniques, you will be able to focus on relaxation and let go of any distracting thoughts by temporarily shutting off the conscious part of your mind. Above all, this allows you to be receptive to suggestions, and during this time, I will make recommendations to promote pain relief.
